Research for Rochester Cathedral

We have been invited by Rochester Cathedral to help choose objects for their tactile timeline. So naturally I thought we should go about our 3D research with a 2D approach!

We are about to embark on a 5 week print making course at Intra with Xtina Lamb.  We’ll be introduced to various print making techniques and I’m sure we’ll create some intriguing prints of our 3D offerings.  Michelle Lees, Community Engagement & Interpretation Officer at Rochester Cathedral will be watching our progress.

We have our first meeting this Thursday 16th October 10am at Intra.  We’ll also be welcoming  new members and Rosie the guide dog to the art group.

Our meeting dates are 16th and 23rd October, 6th, 13th, 20th November 10am – 12:30pm
