I’m going to re-name the 18th February from (in one breath please) “a cross-generational day of art making at the Royal Engineers Museum with young people from the Gravesend Kent Association for the Blind and the Medway Kent Association for the Blind older peoples’ art group” … to “The Art Party!”. It certainly was and I hope the photos give you a taste of our exhilarating day of exploring, embossing, making, shadow catching, art and partying. I’m not going to say any more here as Clare Freeman from Kent Online joined us and has captured the day really well in this online article and film. Thank you Clare for spending time with us and thank you to everyone for making such a successful day.
